Stress and anxiety are very widespread mental illnesses, especially in the current period, when we suffer from pressures and crises, whether economic, social, or otherwise. In this article, I will recount my personal story with stress from the beginning until treatment, praise be to God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The beginning<\/p>\n\n\n

My journey with stress was not short, but rather long. It began and then grew little by little until I reached a stage where my life stopped. Tension began to appear in temporary situations, in which it ends with the end of the situation, such as exams for example, and this can be considered normal to some extent. Until I finished the educational stage and moved to the field of work than I faced pressure and a great psychological burden, in addition to my contact with the different human patterns in The field of work, which was a large percentage of it, unfortunately, is not well. It was also my experience in dealing with society in its recent era. However, the tension was not permanent, but at intervals. I suffer from work pressure and dealings that may be ridiculous with co-workers, which constitute a psychological burden for me, and at other times the situation is calm.<\/p>\n\n\n

And my life continued in this way until I got married and then gave birth when I had my first child after only 9 months. My life turned into a series of obligations from home, child, work, and husband, each of whom needed me to do my part towards him. And due to my lack of experience in life in general, I faced many challenges. Problems and I received them all on my nerves without exception. Sometimes I felt pain in every part of my body because of the excessive psychological pressure. Although if I had sought the help of a psychiatrist at this stage, he would have helped me easily, this matter did not occur to me. Tension is increasing and developing with the passage of time and events until it has become an integral part of me. Any behavior , even simple, from my husband, causes me to panic exaggeratedly. i worries about my children all the time about anything. Fear of losing any of them. I think about that a lot. I am afraid of losing my job because I need a financial return, so I bear a lot of pressure without objection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I used to get sick a lot and I could not be absent from my work due to my fear of the reaction of my superiors who always see that a woman who has children is naturally remiss in her work. The matter developed with me until I became unable to breathe well. Life has stopped and I can’t go on.<\/p>\n\n\n

Finally, I took the most important and greatest step in my life, which is going to the psychiatrist. I prepared several points and decided to talk about them with him. I discovered that I was wrong in most of them, thank God. aside from them. In addition to the medical part, due to what is happening in the brain\u2019s chemical imbalance in the usual sense. The first piece of advice he gave me was that the medical part of treating stress, but this is not the solution. We must treat the psychological causes of stress to fully control the problem, which will take time and effort<\/p>\n\n\n

I underwent several psychological sessions. In each session, we sought weaknesses and developed a plan to treat them, or sought strengths and developed a plan to develop them. I do not claim that it is easy and fast. Rather, what the therapist does is put you on the path and direct you, and you must strive and apply, and continuity in striving is the most important thing. It may take time, as it took months to reach his condition, but thank God, for psychological stability and calmness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have reached it gradually. We started by analyzing my life and developing the basic features for forming a happy and warm family. I repeat this is not an easy matter. Rather, it requires intense struggle with oneself and avoiding past mistakes. Then, we analyze the rest of the aspects of my life socially, familially, scientifically, and religiously. And prioritizing. It was one of my most important problems. Introversion, where I have a problem with social communication, and he advised me to communicate with others As it is one of the most things that make people happy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also dealt with this point and other points that we worked on to treat and avoid mistakes. About 11 months have passed since I passed away. I thank God for the peace I have reached. I have reconsidered most of my affairs, thanks to God first and the guidance of the specialist doctor. As my going to the psychiatrist is one of the most important and greatest experiences in my life, which I was very late for, and I hope that no one will be late for it, as it may sometimes be a lifebuoy. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
